1. 1. The service

   Conecta2s lets businesses connect WhatsApp Business and Instagram professional accounts through Meta's official APIs, read and reply to messages in a dashboard, and enable automatic AI replies based on information the business provides. The business can turn AI off at any time, per channel or per conversation.

2. 2. Accounts

   Access is personal. The business is responsible for keeping its credentials and two-factor authentication secure, and for actions taken from its account.

3. 3. Acceptable use

   • Comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy, Meta Platform Terms and Instagram terms.
   • Only message people who contacted the business or gave their consent, and never send spam.
   • Do not use the service for illegal or deceptive activities or to infringe others' rights.
   • Keep the knowledge base accurate and up to date.

4. 4. Artificial intelligence

   Automatic replies are generated only from the business's knowledge base. When the AI lacks the information, or the customer asks for a person, it hands the conversation to the business's team. The business is responsible for that information and for what it communicates to its customers.

5. 5. Data and privacy

   We process data under our Privacy Policy. The business can export its data or delete its workspace at any time from the dashboard.

6. 6. Pricing

   Plans and prices are agreed with PtyFactory.tech. Any Meta messaging charges are paid by the business directly to Meta.

7. 7. Availability and liability

   We work to keep the service available, but it depends on third parties such as Meta and AI providers. To the extent permitted by law, PtyFactory.tech is not liable for indirect damages or third-party outages.

8. 8. Termination

   The business may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or Meta's policies.

9. 9. Governing law

   These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.
